We are delighted to offer our own in-house delivery service within a five hour radius of our stores in Asheville, NC.
Our delivery team care, and our “White Glove” delivery service includes unpacking, assembly (if required) and placement of furniture as well as the removal and recycling of packaging materials.
Our delivery fees are based on travel times from our store in Asheville:
Less than 30min – FREE (Purchases over $499, otherwise $35)
30 minutes – 1 hour – $75
1 – 2 hours – $100
2 – 3 hours – $150
3 – 4 hours – $250
4 – 5 hours – $350
* These charges are per delivery – not per item.
For shipments outside of our delivery area, we offer both standard or white glove* residential delivery through a third party shipper. Please ask one of our team for details. (*Surcharge applies for white glove delivery service.)
The standard/curbside residential delivery service includes bringing items to your home or business curbside. Please note that bringing the items into the home, unpacking, setup and any assembly are the responsibility of the buyer.
Should you require a higher level of service, “white glove” delivery and setup is usually available for an up-charge. Please ask one of our team for details.
Want to donate your old furniture?
As part of our White Glove Delivery Service (within five hours radius of Asheville), we will happily collect your unwanted furniture and donate it to Habitat for Humanity on your behalf (Subject to available space on our delivery truck and Habitat for Humanity donation acceptance guidelines).
